We will be making our delicious fresh blueberry and lemon zest Sourdough scones & yummy chocolate chip sourdough scones. we will make scones step by step and then you will take them home to bake up and enjoy!
(scones can be baked or you can out them the freezer for up t 6 months)
This class is held at the Spice & Tea Exchange at 256 E Ridgewood Ave Ridgewood. You will get to explore and shop this beautiful store that has so many varieties of spices, teas, honeys, salts and so so much more! We encourage you to shop and pick up some special items for your baking experience.
The Spice & Tea exchange will also be making a seasonal drink for everyone to try!
Zio Loves will also be at the class if you would like to indulge in a beautiful DYI flower Bouquet to take home and enjoy. This flower bar is available to anyone who loves flowers and wants to make a special flower arrangement for themself or someone special. She brings the most beautiful, unique, one of a kind blooms that last for weeks, literally!
*Each person will need to purchase the sourdough scone kit at the start of class for $35. this Will include everything you will need to make and continue making sourdough scones including sourdough starter. Cash is preferred but credit cards and Venmo is excepted. This kit is in addition to the $65 per person class.
Each class will also have a sourdough tasting which includes sourdough bread, sourdough scones, sourdough cookies and more! Please come ready to indulge in some delicious sourdough
