Join us at Sourdough Sweetie for our exciting Intro to Sourdough workshop, happening on February 19th, 2026, starting promptly at 6:30pm. This immersive workshop is designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of sourdough baking. You will learn the foundational basics with detailed, step-by-step instructions. From properly feeding and maintaining your sourdough starter to mixing, kneading, shaping, and finally baking your perfect loaf, we cover everything you need to know to become a seasoned and confident sourdough baker.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll get hands-on guidance from our experienced instructors, ensuring you understand every process clearly. Savor the opportunity to enjoy delicious sourdough samples, prepared fresh during the class, so make sure you come hungry and ready to taste the fruits of your labor! This experience will not only enhance your baking skills but also introduce you to the art of making delectable drinks that perfectly complement your homemade bread.
-Sourdough kit is not included in ticket. It will be available to purchase at the event for $35. This kit sells on the site for $65 , but through the class you will receive it for a discounted price of $35. This kit does come with my original starter that we will feed in class!
