Join Sourdough Sweetie at Vale Coffee Shop in River Vale on Sept. 29th  at 6:30 PM for a fun, hands-on evening all about sourdough!
Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or have been wanting to perfect your skills, this class is designed to be fun, relaxed, and easy to follow. Come with friends, make it a girls’ night, or come solo and meet some fellow sourdough lovers!

• Learn how to feed and care for a sourdough starter
• Learn the basics of mixing, folding, shaping, and fermenting dough
• Get hands-on practice with sourdough techniques
• Prepare your own dough to take home and bake
